These pages have been written using a mixture of tools: Including both Applixware and StarOffice. Some fine tuning with emacs. They do not use frames, Java or any other fancy stuff.
More recent additions have been done with Quanta+ a KDE HTML editor.
The pages have been checked using Konqueror. I believe they should be OK on most browsers (possibly not Mosaic).
